We are able to provide rough design services to help our clients visualize the project. For larger projects, we work with local designers to bring your project to completion. For new homes, we work from plans that you purchase or assist in finding an architect.

The first step to a new home is deciding on the priorities. At this point it is not “if” you are building a new home but “why” you want to build a new home. Typically, the driving force is that the current space has been outgrown in some form. This list can be endless, from a need for a bigger kitchen, lack of entertainment space, or the family is just too large for the current space. No matter if the home is in the “dream stage” or a house plan has been started, a phone call is all it takes to create a reality.

The timeline for a project is dependent on the scope of the project. Small bathrooms can usually be completed in 1-2 weeks. A new home can take an average of 9 months for the actual construction.
